All orders are dispatched from our distribution centre in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends.
Because our team processes orders quickly, it may not always be possible to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been placed. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Delivery Options
We currently offer door-to-door delivery via courier.
- Durban deliveries: Flat rate of R65
- National deliveries: R120
- Free delivery on all orders over R500
Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address provided (local Durban or national delivery).
Delivery Lead Times
Delivery takes between 3-5 business days to process.
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for your order.
If no one is available, the parcel may be left with security, reception, or a third party at the premises (e.g., estate gate or front desk). In such cases, Mustard Seed & Co. will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or misplacement after delivery has been completed.
At this time, we do not offer a Click & Collect option.
